Certified operators may use the name, certification mark, and logo of Scandinavian Halal Certification AB under the following conditions:

1. Permitted Use
   Use is permitted only for products, processes, or services that fall within the scope of a valid halal certificate issued by Scandinavian Halal Certification AB. All use must be accurate, non-misleading, and strictly limited to the scope of the certificate.
2. Graphic and Communication Requirements
   The certification mark must be reproduced in accordance with the graphic guidelines provided by Scandinavian Halal Certification AB. Alteration, modification, or combination with other symbols is prohibited without prior written approval.
3. Prohibited Use
   The mark may not be used on non-certified products or in any context that could imply that the certification covers activities or products outside the scope of the certificate.
4. Cessation of Use
   In cases of suspension, withdrawal, non-renewal, or termination of certification, all use of the name, certification mark, and logo must cease immediately. The marking must be removed from packaging, marketing materials, and digital channels without delay.
5. Supervision and Compliance
   Scandinavian Halal Certification AB reserves the right to monitor the use of the mark and to take corrective actions in the event of violations, including suspension or withdrawal of certification when necessary.
